2. PPCM Educational Ambassador: These advocates have in-depth knowledge about PPCM and its impact on women's lives. They educate newly diagnosed moms about the condition, its symptoms, treatment options, and long-term management strategies. They empower moms with accurate information, helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare and ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of life after PPCM.
3. PPCM Support Group Facilitator: These advocates lead support groups specifically designed for PPCM moms. They create a safe and nurturing environment where newly diagnosed moms can share their concerns, fears, and challenges. They facilitate group discussions, encourage open dialogue, and provide emotional support. These facilitators ensure that each mom feels heard, validated, and connected with others who have similar experiences.
4. PPCM Wellness Coach: These advocates focus on promoting overall well-being and self-care among newly diagnosed PPCM moms. They provide guidance on adopting a healthy lifestyle, managing stress, incorporating exercise and nutrition, and developing self-care routines.
