As part of our ongoing efforts to make each milestone even more memorable for our PPCM heart community, we are thrilled to introduce our brand-new "Birthday Shout Out" program! 🥳

We understand that birthdays hold a special place in our hearts, and we want to celebrate them with you in a unique way. Whether it's your own birthday, that of a loved one, or a survivor you know, our program is designed to bring a little extra joy and recognition to these significant moments.

Booking a survivor Birthday Shout Out is simple! Here's how you can do it:

1. **Contact Information:** Provide us with your contact details, including your name and email address, so we can get in touch with you to confirm the details of the shout-out.

2. **Birthday Details:** Let us know the name of the survivor, their birthday date, and any special message you'd like to include in the shout-out.

3. **Preferred Date and Time:** Share your preferred date and time for the shout-out. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. **Donation :** A small donation of $15 is applicable to cover the costs of organizing and delivering the shout-out. Payment details will be provided once we confirm the booking.

Once we receive your booking, our team will curate a personalized video shout-out that will be shared with the survivor on their special day. It's a wonderful way to show your appreciation and let them know they're not alone on this journey.
