Sponsor a Awareness Box

Each box is filled with life-saving educational materials designed to help expecting and newly postpartum moms understand the warning signs of Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) and advocate for early testing.

📦 What’s Inside Each Awareness Box?

Every sponsored box includes:

  • 1 Magazine
  • 15 Educational Brochures
  • 2 Genetic Testing Information Card
  • 15 PPCM Intake Form Sheets (for hospitals to give directly to patients)
  • 1 Children’s Book (written by PPCM survivor kids to help kids understand PPCM)

These materials go directly into the hands of women who may not know PPCM even exists.

💝 How It Works

  1. You purchase a Awareness Box.
  2. We prepare the box with all required educational materials.
  3. We deliver it for FREE to a hospital, birthing center, OB-GYN office, or any location serving pregnant or postpartum moms.
  4. Your donation helps save lives by raising awareness where it matters most.

You can sponsor one box, multiple boxes, or donate monthly.

🌍 Why Awareness Boxes Matter

PPCM is often missed or misdiagnosed because moms leave the hospital without the right information.

One awareness box can:

  • Educate dozens of pregnant/postpartum women
  • Alert nurses & doctors about early symptoms
  • Encourage BNP blood testing
  • Provide families with resources and support
  • Help children understand what their mom is going through

Your $50 is more than a donation — it’s a chance to save a mother’s life.
