Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is a life-threatening form of heart failure that can strike pregnant and postpartum moms, often without warning and frequently misdiagnosed. Every dollar raised through this campaign goes directly toward life-saving awareness, screening access, support services, and community education so more moms get diagnosed earlier and receive the care they deserve. 

Together, we aim to:

💓 Expand Free BNP Blood Testing Events
Raise funds to partner with Lab Diagnostics companies, like Quest or LabCorp,  and community partners to offer free BNP screenings for pregnant, new, and postpartum moms, allowing early detection of heart strain before it’s too late. 

📚 Distribute PPCM Awareness Books & Materials
Place children’s books, clinician resources, and heart health information in hospitals nationwide to educate families and providers at the moment it matters most. 

🤝 Support Newly Diagnosed Moms
Provide care packages, support services, follow-up resources, and financial assistance for moms navigating a new PPCM diagnosis. 

📢 Grow Community Education & Workshops
Fuel awareness campaigns, workshops, and provider training to improve early recognition of PPCM symptoms and screening uptake across birth workers and clinicians.
