The Hope & Healing Support Fund was created so that no mother has to face recovery alone. Through the generosity of donors and monthly supporters, we provide emergency assistance and practical support to PPCM families during some of their most challenging moments.

Through Difficult Times

The Hope & Healing Fund is a community assistance initiative of Let’s Talk PPCM created to provide compassionate support to women and families impacted by peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) who are experiencing financial hardship.

We understand that navigating a serious maternal heart condition can bring unexpected challenges. Through this initiative, we aim to help eligible Heart Sisters access limited financial assistance during difficult times while reminding them that they are not alone.

Our Service Area

The Hope & Healing Fund supports eligible PPCM survivors experiencing financial hardship, with assistance provided according to program guidelines, available funding, and individual circumstances.

Our goal is to reach Heart Sisters in communities where financial barriers may make it difficult to access essential support. As funding and partnerships grow, we hope to expand our ability to assist more families in need.

Who May Qualify?

The Hope & Healing Fund is intended for PPCM survivors experiencing financial hardship. Applicants may be asked to provide information about their circumstances and the type of assistance they are seeking.

Assistance is limited and depends on available funding, program guidelines, and application review. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
