Referral & Awareness Ambassador Program

Help Us Reach More Mothers, Families & Communities

At LetsTalkPPCM, we believe awareness saves lives.

Every conversation, shared resource, donated materials, workshop registration, or hospital connection has the power to help a mother recognize dangerous symptoms earlier and feel less alone during one of the hardest moments of her life.

That’s why we created the  LetsTalkPPCM Referral & Awareness Ambassador Program, a community-driven way for supporters, survivors, doulas, nurses, advocates, families, and businesses to help us expand awareness of Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM).

Whether you’re sharing our mission online, referring someone to our workshops, helping us connect with hospitals, or introducing donors and sponsors to our organization, your support truly makes a difference.

What Is the Referral & Awareness Ambassador Program?

The program is designed to help passionate supporters become part of the mission by helping:

  • Spread PPCM awareness
  • Connect families to resources
  • Introduce medical offices or hospitals to our educational materials
  • Share survivor stories
  • Refer donors or sponsors
  • Promote classes and awareness workshops
  • Help place PPCM awareness magazines in communities

Every referral helps us continue educating women and families about maternal heart health.

Who Can Join?

We welcome:

  • PPCM survivors
  • Mothers and families
  • Doulas and birth workers
  • Nurses and healthcare professionals
  • Community advocates
  • Churches and organizations
  • Students
  • Businesses
  • Influencers and public figures
  • Anyone passionate about maternal health awareness

You do not need medical experience to help save lives through awareness.

Why This Matters

Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is often missed or dismissed because many symptoms can look like normal pregnancy or postpartum changes.

Too many women are told they are simply tired, anxious, or stressed before discovering they are experiencing heart failure.

Through awareness, education, and community outreach, we hope to help more women:

  • Recognize warning signs earlier
  • Feel empowered to seek medical care
  • Connect with support
  • Feel seen and understood
  • Potentially receive life-saving diagnosis sooner

Every shared story and every referral helps move this mission forward.
