A life. A moment. A pause.

Broken hearts still beat.

Welcome to the Heart Sisters Impact Hub, a community space created by Let’s Talk PPCM to uplift, support, and connect women impacted by Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) through awareness, storytelling, and participation in official Heart Walk events hosted by the American Heart Association.

Our Goal

Our goal is to elevate awareness of PPCM while empowering Heart Sisters to participate in official American Heart Association Heart Walk fundraising events nationwide.

We exist to:

  • Amplify PPCM awareness and survivor voices
  • Support Heart Sisters in building their official fundraising pages
  • Connect communities through education, storytelling, and advocacy
  • Strengthen engagement with verified heart health campaigns

All donations go directly through official AHA fundraising pages, we do not collect or distribute funds.

How Heart Walk Works

  1. Heart Sisters register for an official AHA Heart Walk event
  2. Each participant creates their own official AHA fundraising page or join Let's Talk PPCM Heart Sisters & Families
  3. Let’s Talk PPCM supports by amplifying stories and sharing fundraising links
  4. Donors give directly through secure AHA platforms
  5. Funds support cardiovascular research, education, and awareness initiatives

What We Provide

Through this Impact Hub, Let’s Talk PPCM supports Heart Sisters with:

  • Storytelling support to share your PPCM journey
  • Social media templates and awareness tools
  • Community encouragement and peer connection
  • Visibility through our platform and campaigns

Every shared story helps increase awareness, strengthen advocacy, and save lives.

Join the Movement

Are you a Heart Sister ready to share your story and lead change in your community? We are here to support you every step of the way. Email us your event details: info@letstalkppcm.org to share on our platform.

Walk With Us

Find and join a Heart Walk in your city through official AHA events and stand in solidarity with PPCM survivors and families.

Why This Matters

Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is often under diagnosed and underrecognized. Many women face this condition without awareness, early detection, or support. By sharing stories and participating in heart health events, we are changing that narrative.

Every step taken helps increase awareness, fund life-saving research, and bring visibility to maternal heart health.

💬 For Heart Sisters

You are not alone. This space was created for you, to be seen, heard, and supported as you step into advocacy, healing, and leadership.

Together We Rise

We walk for awareness. We walk for survival. We walk for every mother whose story deserves to be heard.

Follow us on social media to stay connected and inspired.

P.S. Over 60k have been raised for AHA through our wonderful heart sisters.
