Our Donors help save lives!

Help Save Mothers’ Hearts

Many Mothers Survive Childbirth, But Don’t Know They’re Developing Heart Failure

Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) is a life-threatening form of heart failure that can happen during the last month of pregnancy or months after delivery.

Many mothers are told their symptoms are “normal” postpartum changes, while unknowingly going into heart failure.

LetsTalkPPCM is working to change that through survivor-led awareness, educational resources, advocacy, workshops, support programs, screenings, and life-saving education.

Your donation helps us:

  • Provide free PPCM educational materials
  • Support awareness workshops and trainings
  • Expand outreach to hospitals and medical professionals
  • Help mothers recognize warning signs earlier
  • Support families impacted by PPCM
  • Expand access to educational resource kits and screenings

Every donation helps bring awareness that could save a mother’s life.

 SPONSOR A PPCM RESOURCE KIT

Why Your Support Matters

PPCM symptoms are often overlooked or dismissed during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Women may experience:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Swelling
  • chest pain
  • rapid heartbeat
  • severe fatigue
  • difficulty breathing while lying down

These symptoms can quickly become medical emergencies if left untreated.

LetsTalkPPCM was created to ensure mothers and families have access to education, support, and awareness that could lead to earlier diagnosis and better outcomes.

Your support helps us continue:

✔ Survivor-led awareness campaigns
✔ Free educational outreach
✔ Community workshops and trainings
✔ Hospital and provider engagement
✔ PPCM resource distribution
✔ Awareness magazines and educational materials
✔ Advocacy for maternal heart health

Together, we can help more mothers be heard, diagnosed earlier, and supported through recovery.
