Join Let’s Talk PPCM for Hope FORE Hearts, a charity golf tournament bringing together golfers, families, community members, businesses, healthcare advocates, and supporters for a day of connection, compassion, and purpose.

This 9-hole fundraising event is more than a day on the course. It is an opportunity to help us raise $15,000 to advance maternal heart health and support our work surrounding Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM), a potentially life-threatening form of heart failure that can occur during pregnancy or in the months following childbirth.

Your participation helps us continue providing education, awareness, advocacy, resources, and support to women and families affected by PPCM.

Event Registration — $30

You don't have to golf to make an impact. Join us for Food, networking, PPCM education, vendors & event activities. (Community guest entry)

Heart Sisters — $25

Heart Sisters are encouraged to join us on the course, connect with other survivors, and celebrate the strength and resilience of the PPCM community.

Golfer Registration — $45

For anyone participating in the 9-hole charity tournament. Includes food, networking, vendor engagement and event presentation.

Vendor Fee — $50

Businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and community organizations are invited to showcase their work and connect with attendees while supporting maternal heart health.

Limited vendor spaces are available.

Funds raised will help Let’s Talk PPCM continue our efforts to: Educate. Research. Support.

From increasing awareness of PPCM warning signs to connecting women and families with resources and support, every contribution helps us reach more mothers and strengthen maternal heart health in our communities.

Too many mothers experience symptoms that may be overlooked, dismissed, or mistaken for normal pregnancy or postpartum changes.

We believe every woman deserves to know the warning signs, every healthcare professional deserves access to meaningful education, and every family affected by PPCM deserves support.
